Web Desk — Pakistan’s former captain, Javed Miandad reprimanded the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for refusing to send the Indian team to Pakistan for the Asia Cup 2023.
Miandad while speaking to the media after BCCI officials issued a statement, said, “India can go to hell if they do not want to come to Pakistan to play cricket.”
The former great batter added that PCB should not have concerns about India’s participation in the Asia Cup 2023 as other teams were ready to come to Pakistan for the event.
Miandad also lashed out at the International Cricket Council (ICC) for failing to resolve these issues, saying ICC’s existence is meaningless if it is unable to control such things.
He advised the ICC to have one rule for every country and that the teams that don’t follow directions should be removed.
Responding harshly, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has made it clear they will not participate in the World Cup 2023 scheduled to take place in India in October.
