I Am Still With Imran Khan: Pervaiz Elahi

Web Desk – Finally Pervaiz Elahi had a breath in fresh air as he was released from Kot Lakhpat jail on Tuesday night after the Lahore High Court (LHC) granted him bail in illegal appointment case.

Justice Sultan Tanvir Ahmed accepted Elahi’s bail petition and ordered his release. The court order said the case against Elahi called for further investigation into his guilt and his bail petition was thus being allowed with bail set at Rs500,000 with two sureties each in the like amount.

Elahi said on his official X account that he was grateful to God for exonerating him and granting him the strength to remain steadfast.

Elahi said he was grateful to the judges who supported the truth and he was released. Thanks to all those who prayed for me and gave their support during difficult time.

The former Punjab chief minister said he won’t talk to Ch Shujaat’s family unless the stolen PTI mandate is returned.

He held Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi responsible for all the trouble had to face.

Elahi made it clear that he was with Imran Khan and will always remain with him.
