Arshad Sharif was a thorough gentleman and people who knew him always speak of his honesty and professionalism.

The late journalist was born on February 22, 1973, in Karachi. He started his journalism career as a freelancer during his studies and did his graduation in business administration from the Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad.

Arshad Sharif’s father was a Naval Commander Mohammad Sharif who passed away due to a heart attack in 2011. Unfortunately, his elder brother Ashraf Sharif, a major in Pak Army, died in an accident while coming to attend his father’s funeral.

Arshad Sharif’s funeral prayers will be offered at Faisal Mosque on Thursday and will be buried to rest in Islamabad.
