Web Desk — In order to control the growing cases of Covid-19 with a positivity rate reaching 7.36 percent, the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) has allowed all citizens above 18 years to get a booster dose.
In a tweet, NCOC said: “In today’s NCOC session, the age limit for a booster dose has further been reduced. From tomorrow onwards citizens over 18 years will be eligible for a free booster dose of their choice. Booster (one dose) will be administered after 6 months of complete vaccination.”
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health Dr Faisal Sultan asked people to adopt safety measures to avoid Covid-19 and follow the SOPs to maintain social distancing.
